FOUNDERMy journey started long before the bright lights, the medals, and the recognition. I was a kid with a dream, learning what it meant to show up, compete, and believe that the work could take me somewhere.
That work carried me to become a 14-time state champion in high school. It carried me to Tennessee, where I became a 10-time NCAA All-American, 2-time NCAA Medalist, 3-time SEC Champion, and a Tennessee Track & Field Hall of Famer.
But the trophies are not the entire story.

I have competed at a high level. I have coached. I have learned. I have had moments where everything came together—and moments where I had to face disappointment, reset, and find the strength to keep moving forward.
That is what shaped me. Not just the finish lines I crossed, but the seasons that tested me. The moments that taught me that character is built when nobody is clapping, and purpose is proven when the path gets hard.
Through it all, I saw something that has stayed with me: talent is everywhere, but structure, knowledge, and access are not.
There are moments before the race, after the race, and in between when the work feels heavy. Those moments matter too. They taught me resilience, patience, and how to keep showing up when the outcome is not guaranteed.

My pursuit of excellence did not end with track and field. The Baltimore Ravens featured my wide receiver tryout—another chapter that reflects the same belief that has guided my whole journey: keep working, keep believing, and be ready when the next opportunity comes.

MW Dynasty is being built as a complete sprint-performance ecosystem for athletes who want direction and coaches who want command. It brings sprint training, strength development, education, technology, and coaching support into one connected system—so athletes know what to do, understand why they are doing it, and can measure their progress along the way.
Each part has a role. Together, they create a clearer path from daily work to long-term development.
The MW Dynasty training methodology: a 41-week sprint system for 100m, 200m, and 400m athletes—built around acceleration, max velocity, speed endurance, and race execution.
Track-synchronized strength work that develops the physical qualities behind speed, force, durability, and confidence.
An assessment that helps every athlete begin in the right place based on experience, events, goals, PRs, and strength background.
Pacing, attendance, compliance, completed reps, training history, PRs, maxes, and goals—so the work can be measured.
One connected space for coaches to organize rosters, assign work, communicate, monitor development, and lead with clarity.
The program is coached by MW. Coach MW helps athletes and coaches better understand and execute the system; it supports the work without replacing real coaching or a coach’s final authority.
MW Dynasty is for the athlete who refuses to let a setback write the end of their story—and for the coach who believes every athlete deserves a real path to develop.
